Prvo sačekajte da se led otopi, očistite, operite i sečite na tanje komade.

Posolite, uvaljajte u brašno, po volji izmešajte sa alevom paprikom i pržite na zagrejanom ulju sve dok dobro ne porumene sa svih strana.
