Umak od srži i vina

Potrebni sastojci:
ZA 3 dcl UMAKA:
2 dcl crnog ili belog vina
1 kašika sitnno isečenog crnog luka
1/4 češnja sitno isečenog belog luka
1 struk majcine dusice
¼ lovorovog lista
so
1kašika brašna
2 dcl supe
25 g maslaca
25 gobarene srži iz kostiju isečene na kockice
1 kašičica sitno isečenog peršuna
Način pripreme:
Sipati u posudu vino, dodati crni i beli luk i mirisno bilje i kuvati dok vino ne uvri na jednu trećinu.Posoliti,umešati brašno razmućeno sa malo supe usuti preostalu supu i mešati na tihoj vatri dok umak ne ukuva na jednu trećinu. Izmaći s vatre, dodati postepeno maslac služenja dodati obarenu srž isečenu na kockice i peršun. Služiti sa mesom i ribom na žaru.
