Panada od krompira

Potrebi sastojci:
3 dcl mleka
1/2 kašičice soli
1/8 kašičice bibera
na vrh noza morskog oraščića u prahu
20 g maslaca
250 g kuvanog oljuštenog i na tanke kolutove isečenog krompira
Način pripreme:
Staviti u mleko so, biber i morski oraščić i kuvati dok ne uvri na 2,5 decilitra. Dodati maslac i krompir i kuvati dalje na tihoj vatri jos 15 minuta Izmaći s vatre i mutiti snažno dok se ne dobije gladak, fini pire. Ovu panadu, dok je još topla, pomešati s ostalim sastojcima.
