Priprema ljute paprike u teglama za zimnicu

Kiseljenje ljute paprike za zimu

Sastojci:

- 1 kg ljutih papricica
- 300 ml sirceta (vinskog, belog)
- 150 ml hladne vode
- 2 kasike soli
- 1 kasicica vinobrana
- Slacica
- 1 kesica bibera u zrnu
- 1 veza persuna

Priprema:

  1. Papricice oprati i osusiti.
  2. Tegle sterilisati (oko pola sata u rerni, na temperature od 100 stepeni).
  3. Sloziti papricice u tegle, pa ih dobro stisnuti (najbolje je plasticnim pritiskacem). Prilikom redjanja, papricice posipati: sitno secanim persunom, slacicom i biberom u zrnu.
  4. Pomesati: sirce, vodu, vodu, so i vinobran. Dobijenom tecnoscu prelijte paprika.
  5. Dobro zatvorite tegle: celofanom, pa poklopcem.
  6. Ostaviti tegle na hladnom mestu, najmanje 6 nedelja.
